A collaboration concept between blackandbrownskin.com X Spotify, raising awareness for skin cancer and other skin diseases in black and brown skin. Skin cancer tends to be diagnosed at a later stage on black and brown skin, and as a result with a worse prognosis. This is because the signs are more difficult to spot thanks to not only a lack of awareness, but also systemic problems and racial disparities in medicine.
Creating an advertisement awareness campaign using Spotify will help develop this awareness as music has such a huge audience, and using popular artists such as A$AP ROCKY, Jorja Smith and Bob Marley adds a personal feel to the consumer, wanting to learn more about their skin.
